【Abstract】 In the large-scale complex construction project with tight construction period, heavy task and high standard, how to ensure the rapid and high-quality construction of the project is a management course worth studying. Taking the largescale complex project construction of Hangzhou West Lake Cultural and Sports Center(Zheshang Cultural Center) as an example, the construction and management experience of large-scale complex projects is summarized from the aspects of construction planning, system organization and design deepening, in order to provide reference for similar projects.更多还原
