水蓄冷系统在某工业建筑中的节能改造分析

【摘要】 水蓄冷技术在工业中应用能够错开用电高峰,缓解用电紧张,对节约能源和节省企业成本都有重要的推动作用。本文用eQUEST软件对建筑全年能耗进行模拟,并与实际建筑能耗进行比对验证模拟准确性。最后从电价结构、系统年运行时间、改造费用对蓄冷系统影响进行经济分析。经过分析得出:对于全年有供冷需求的工业建筑,蓄冷系统的改造具有很高的节能性和可行性。

【Abstract】 The application of chilled-water storage technology in industry can stagger the peak of electricity consumption, ease the tension, and save energy and have an important role in promoting energy saving and reducing cost of enterprise. In this paper, eQUEST software is used to simulate the annual energy consumption of buildings, and the simulation accuracy is compared with the actual building energy consumption. Finally, the economic analysis is made on the influence of the price structure, the annual operating time and the transformation cost on the storage system. From the analysis, it is proved that the reformation of the cold storage system has the advantages of high energy saving and feasibility for the industrial buildings with cooling demand.
