公共浴池热泵余热回收系统性能分析

【摘要】 公共浴池是1种高耗能、高耗水类型的场所,其洗浴废水中含有大量可回收废热,若能进行余热回收将会带来巨大的经济和环境效益。本文以哈尔滨工业大学浴池余热回收节能改造工程为例,通过对系统水量、水温以及耗电量进行监测,计算得到了系统的实际热回收量以及能效比(COP)。结果表明由于运行模式的优化,系统的日平均能效比达到4.8,余热回收量大于80%。此外计算了系统的年运行费用与年大气污染物排放量,分析论证了该公共浴池热泵余热回收系统的经济性和环保性,为后续的浴池节能改造工作提供参考。

【Abstract】 Public bathroom is typical place of high consumption of energy and water, and there is amounts of heat in the sewage. It would bring huge economic and environmental benefit if the waste heat could be recovered. In this paper, a renovation project for energy-saving of bathroom in Harbin Institute of Technology was reported. By monitoring the temperature and flow of water in sections of the system and the power consumption, the amount of recovered heat and the COP were calculated. Due to the optimization of operation, the daily average COP of the system was 4.8 and more than 80% of the waste heat was recovered. Furthermore, the annual operation cost and the amount of emitted atmospheric pollutant were analyzed. It is confirmed that the use of waste-heat recovery heat pump in bathrooms is economical and feasible, which provides a good reference for the subsequent renovation of public bathroom.
