被动式超低能耗建筑工程设计应用
Design and Application of Passive Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Building Engineering
【摘要】 通过总结某示范项目的超低能耗设计指标、参数确定、总图优化、单体建筑设计、围护结构节能技术应用、建筑关键部位热桥处理、气密性强化措施,高效新风热回收系统采用、可再生能源利用、能耗计算等超低能耗技术的设计应用全过程,展现了以更少的能源消耗大幅提升居住建筑品质、满足绿色需求的设计思想,为超低能耗建筑工程推广和应用提供了有益参考。
【Abstract】 The process of design and execution shows concept of improving the overall quality of residential buildings and meeting the green demand with less energy consumption. It provides useful references to the application of ultra-low energy consumption projects through demonstration of the following aspects: Summarizing the design parameters of ultra-low energy consumption of an example project; optimization of general plan, design of single building; application of energy-saving technology in enclosed structure; treatment of thermal bridge in key parts of building; measures of air tightness enhancement; adoption of efficient fresh air heat recovery system; utilization of renewable energy; energy consumption calculation and other ultra-low energy consumption technologies.
