基于水力模型的供水管网DBS分区及检漏研究

【摘要】 为了解决上海市青浦区赵巷地区供水系统的产销差居高不下问题,应用基于水力模型的区块化(Distribution Blocking System,DBS)分区技术,将其供水管网分成7个相对独立的区域。DBS与传统的管网分区或DMA不同,不仅可以降低漏水量,同时也可改善水质与水压。DBS区块化之后平均水龄相比区块化之前降低了12.9%,管网末端余氯提高了10.6%。整体管网压力较区块化之前更为均衡,与2016年相比,2017年的进水总量下降了140.72万m~3,售水量提升了33.28万m~3,产销差降低了7.73%。实践表明,在水力模型建立的基础上实施DBS分区计量是行之有效的漏控管理方式之一,不仅能够为供水企业带来经济效益,而且能均衡水压、改善水质。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce non-revenue water of water distribution systems in Zhaoxiang Area located within Qingpu District in Shanghai, Distribution Blocking System(DBS) is developed based on a hydraulic model and multi-leveling by function. The water distribution systems are divided into 7 relatively independent blocks(sub-systems) by using the developed DBS which is different with traditional zoning or District Meter Area(DMA). As a result, compared with 2016, the average water age in the distribution systems is reduced by 12.9% and residual chlorine at the ends of the distribution systems is increased 10.6% in 2017. Moreover, the pressure ranges in the distribution systems trend to be more equal. Consequently, no-revenue water ratio is reduced by 7.73%. The results show that the developed DBS method has very good efficacies in water leakage reduction, improvement of water quality and pressure distribution.
