ISO《城镇集中式水回用系统设计指南》国际标准解读
Interpretation of an ISO international standard of Design principle of a centralized water reuse system
【摘要】 面对世界各地日益增长的水回用研究、实践和发展需求,国际标准化组织(ISO)于2018年2月首次发布了《城镇集中式水回用系统设计指南》(ISO 20760-1:2018)。该标准是城镇水回用领域的首个基础性国际标准,以集中式水回用系统安全保障为目标,规定了集中式水回用系统设计原则和方法,阐释了水源、处理、储存、输配、监测等水回用关键环节的设计要求和关键水质指标,提出了集中式水回用系统4种利用模式,明确了处理工艺、管网输配和利用途径之间的关系。
【Abstract】 Faced with ever increasing demand in water reuse research, practice and development, the International Organization for Standardization(ISO) has firstly published the standard entitled Water reuse in urban areas-Guidelines for centralized water reuse system-Part 1: Design principle of a centralized water reuse system in February 2018. This is a basis standard in water reuse field which proposes design principles and methods of centralized water reuse system considering the key aspects of source, treatment, storage, transmission and monitoring, puts forward four centralized water reuse models, and clarifies the relationship among treatment technology, transmission and distribution and end uses.
