组合湿地处理化工园区污水处理厂尾水工程示范

【摘要】 采用垂直流湿地+生态塘+表面流湿地+水平流湿地组合工艺处理化工园污水处理厂尾水工程示范。工程运行结果表明:系统稳定运行452 d,COD、NH3-N、TN、TP平均进水浓度45.5 mg/L、3.96 mg/L、7.99 mg/L、0.09 mg/L,平均出水浓度20.2 mg/L、0.54 mg/L、1.05 mg/L、0.02 mg/L,平均总去除率分别55.6%、86.4%、86.9%及77.8%,出水水质优于地表水Ⅳ类标准。COD、NH3-N、TP主要在垂直流湿地中去除,去除率分别为44.56%、71.49%、45.45%;TN主要在水平流湿地中去除,去除率达到79.21%。气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)结果显示组合湿地对尾水中难降解有机物去除较好,Miseq技术检测结果表明垂直流人工湿地中的硝化菌和水平流湿地中反硝化菌丰度较高,表明组合湿地系统中具备了稳定的脱氮微生物结构。

【Abstract】 Project example of the treatment of chemical industrial park wastewater treatment plant tail water was carried out using combined process of "vertical flow wetland-ecological pond-surface flow wetland-horizontal flow wetland". The results of project operation indicated that the system has run steadily for 452 days, and the mean influent concentration of COD, NH3-N, TN and TP were 45.5 mg/L, 3.96 mg/L, 7.99 mg/L, 0.09 mg/L, respectively. The mean effluent concentration were 20.2 mg/L, 0.54 mg/L, 1.05 mg/L, 0.02 mg/L, respectively, and the mean removal efficiencies were 55.6%、86.4%、86.9%、77.8%, respectively. And the effluent quality was better than the IV standard of surface water. The removal efficiencies of COD, NH3-N and TP in vertical flow wetland were 44.56%, 71.49% and 45.45%, respectively. The TN was removed mainly in the horizontal flow wetland, and the removal efficiency was 79.21%.The results of GC-MS showed that the combined wetland had significant removal effect of the refractory degradation compounds. Meantime, the results of detection technique Miseq displayed that the abundance of nitrifying bacteria in vertical wetlands and denitrifying bacteria in horizontal flow wetlands were higher, and microbial structure in wetland system was stable.
