螺钉连接胶合木梁柱节点柱侧-钢板连接性能

【摘要】 研究1种螺钉连接胶合木梁柱节点,与螺栓连接节点相比,这种节点初始刚度大且支持胶合木柱在双向与梁连接。该节点由柱–钢板螺栓连接、钢板–梁螺钉连接2部分组成,对其中的柱–钢板螺栓连接进行试验研究,结果表明:柱–钢板连接初始刚度大,延性良好;随着端板高度的增高,节点初始刚度有明显提高,但转动能力降低。

【Abstract】 A kind of glulam beam-column joints connected by screws was studied. Relative to the bolted glulam connections with slotted-in steel plates, the new joints have a larger initial rotational stiffness, and a continuous glulam column can be bidirectional connected with the beam on its middle by using this kind of joints. The joints consist of two parts: bolted column-steel plate connection, and coach screwed steel plate-beam connection. In this paper, the bolted column-steel plate connection is studied experimentally. Test results indicate that the connections have very high initial rotational stiffness with desirable ductility. With the increase of the length of the end plate, the initial rotational stiffness of the connection increased obviously, however, the rotational capacity of the connection decreased.
