陶砂微粒混凝土力学性能研究
STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF GRAIN CONCRETE
【摘要】 设计不同陶砂和碎石含量的微粒混凝土试件,对钢筋混凝土结构相似模型材料微粒混凝土进行力学性能静力试验研究,结果表明微粒混凝土破坏模式以斜压剪切脆性破坏为主,其应力–应变全曲线与普通混凝土相似,具备在结构试验中模拟混凝土结构的弹性和非弹性阶段力学特征的特点。粗骨料采用陶砂添加碎石拌和,在满足弹性模量需求的同时,还可增加结构模型自重和降低人工配重,使结构动力试验模型质量分布更接近实际,便于在小型振动台上实现大型结构缩尺模型试验。
【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanical properties of miconcrete which was the similar material mode of reinforced concrete structure,the mechanical property of miconcrete mixed by different content of aggregate and ceramsite under static loadings are investigated through experiments. The constitutive model, relationship between elastic modulus and strength, the influence of aggregate mechanical characteristics of general concrete in the elastic and inelastic stage. When the demand of modulus of elasticity met under the condition of aggregate and ceramsite mixed,of the structure model is closer to the actual structure,and the scale mode of large structures the weight of structure model was increased and clump weigh was reduced. The mass distribution in the small shaking table is achieved.
