秸秆在建筑墙体材料的创新应用研究

【摘要】 建筑墙体是主要的承重和围护结构,需满足一定的抗压强度、保温隔热、隔声、防火、适应工业化生产等要求。开发一种复合土壤胶结料专利产品,可在常温下直接胶结建筑垃圾中的废渣泥土体中土壤颗粒表面或能与粘土矿物反应生成胶凝物质,快速胶结秸秆碎渣,突破秸秆常规的"饲料化、燃料化、化肥化"的资源化利用模式,制成抗压强度及保温性能良好的绿色秸秆砖,作为建筑墙体砌筑材料,能满足墙体的设计要求,预计能有效提高废弃秸秆利用率40%以上。

【Abstract】 Building wall is the main load-bearing and envelope structure, to meet certain compressive strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire prevention, to adapt to the requirements of industrial production. Developing a patented composite soil cementing material can directly cement the surface of soil particles in the mud of construction waste at normal temperature or can react with clay minerals to form gelatinous substances and rapidly bind the straw debris and break through the conventional straw "chemical, fuel, fertilizer" resource utilization model, made of compressive strength, good insulation properties of green straw bricks, as building wall masonry materials, can meet the design requirements of the wall is expected to be able to effectively improve the waste straw Utilization rate above 40%.
