【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of the current situation of graduate education supervision in some universities of Shandong Province, this paper analyzes the main problems of graduate education supervision according to the objective requirements of improving graduate innovation ability. On this basis, we should actively explore a new mechanism of graduate education supervision that is compatible with innovative education. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for supervision mechanism, institutional positioning, team building, feedback mechanisms and other aspects.更多还原
