【Abstract】 It is a prominent problem in the field of science and technology in China that many scientific and technological achievements are still in the theoretical stage due to the weak transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements. This paper analyzes the actuality of scientific and technological achievements transformation in China. It discusses the factors that affect achievements transformation in universities. The paper proposes some strategies to break through the weakness of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities, such as perfecting the information management mode of achievements transformation,establishing an open resource information management platform, and strengthening the risk guarantee mechanism through multiple financing channels.更多还原
