【Abstract】 There are some inherent problems in the assembly line designed by the enterprise. The balance of the assembly line is calculated by the on-site operation time test. There is a big problem in the assembly line balance. The main station with too high idle rate is found through simulation analysis. After the station analysis, the merger and demolition are adopted.
