基于主成分及聚类方法的成熟型煤炭资源城市发展评价——以淮南为例
Mature Coal Resource Cities Development Evaluation Based on PCA and Clustering Methods
【摘要】 成熟型煤炭资源城市在为国家提供能源资源保证的同时,也面临着城市转型发展的问题。对城市转型发展效果的客观评价能够为城市转型措施的制定提供一定的科学依据。本文以国务院发布的13个地级成熟型煤炭资源城市为研究对象,综合利用主成分分析和聚类技术对各城市2018年的发展数据进行了分析。在此基础上,重点以淮南市为例,分析评价了淮南城市转型发展中的现状和不足,并提出了对策建议。
【Abstract】 Mature coal resource cities are facing the problems of transformation and development while providing energy resources guarantee for the country. The objective evaluation of transformation and development effects can provide a scientific basis for the formulation of transformation measures. In this paper, 13 mature coal resource cities issued by the State Council of PRC are taken as the study object, the development data of each city in 2018 are analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA) and clustering technology. On this basis, taking Huainan City as an example, this paper analyses and evaluates the current situation and shortcomings in the transformation and development, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
