【Abstract】 The prefabricated building is developing rapidly in China, and the prefabricated supply chain management will become the future development trend. From the perspective of building supply chain, this paper proposes a structural model of the prefabricated building supply chain based on the EPC model, and analyzes the collaborative management process of the prefabricated construction project construction.
