【Abstract】 By focusing on the characteristics of small and medium-sized innovative enterprises, the paper analyses five risk factors in the growth process of small and medium-sized innovative enterprises: technological innovation risk, market competition risk, brain drain risk, capital shortage risk and enterprise management risk.
