金标法检测尿β2-MG在肾功能损伤诊断中的临床价值

【摘要】 目的评价尿液β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)金标检测试剂盒在肾功能早期损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法将临床诊断为肾病综合征患者53例、慢性肾炎综合征患者40例、慢性肾衰竭患者18例、高血压肾病患者33例、糖尿病肾病患者23例作为研究组,体检健康者157例作为对照组,以β2-MG金标检测试剂盒检测β2-MG水平,并与胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测结果进行比较。结果金标法与胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测尿液β2-MG阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);金标法检测临床确诊肾病的167例患者尿β2-MG的灵敏度为76.7%,符合度为85.2%,特异度为94.3%。结论尿液β2-MG金标检测试剂盒对诊断肾功能早期损伤具有一定的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application value of urinary β2-MG gold standard test kit in the diagnosis of early renal function injury.Methods Fifty-three patients with clinically diagnosed nephrotic syndrome,40 patients with chronic nephritic syndrome,18 patients with chronic renal failure,33 patients with hypertensive nephropathy and 23 patients with diabetic nephropathy served as the study group,and 157 healthy subjects in physical examination as the control group.The urinary β2-MG level was detected by using the β2-MG gold standard test kit and the detection results were compared with those of latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric method.Results There was no statistically significant difference in β2-MG detection results between the gold standard method and latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric method(P>0.05).The sensitivity of urinary β2-MG detection in 167 patients with clinically confirmed nephropathy was 76.7%,the diagnostic conformity was 85.2%,and the specificity was 94.3%.Conclusion The urinary β2-MG gold standard test kit has a certain clinical application value in the diagnosis of early renal function injury.
