《水污染控制工程实验》模块化水处理实验装置的研制
Development of Modular Water Treatment Experimental Device for“Water Pollution Control Engineering Experiment”
【摘要】 为适应新工科专业建设对环境工程专业人才培养的新要求,结合"水污染控制工程实验"课程建设过程中出现的设备重复购置、维护费用高、利用效率低下等问题,本文引入模块化、标准化设计制作水处理装置的思想,设计制作了模块化水处理实验装置,并对模块化设备研制的原则、特点及关键技术等问题进行了探讨,通过模块化水处理设备的实际应用,结果表明模块化的水处理设备不仅有利于学生对水污染控制工程课程内容的深入理解,更有助于学生实践能力的培养和工程思维的养成,初步施行效果较为理想,取得了良好的实际应用效果。
【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the new requirements of the construction of new engineering disciplines for the training of environmental engineering professionals,combined with the problems of repeated equipment purchase,high maintenance costs and low utilization efficiency in the course of the construction of the Water Pollution Control Engineering Experiment,this paper introduces modularization and standardization.The idea of designing and manufacturing water treatment equipment,designing and manufacturing modular water treatment experimental equipment,and discussing the principles,characteristics and key technologies of modular equipment development,through the practical application of modular water treatment equipment,the results show that modular water treatment equipment not only helps students to understand the content of water pollution control engineering courses,but also helps students develop practical ability and develop engineering thinking.The initial implementation effect is ideal and has achieved good practical application results.
