【Abstract】 The construction of "double first-class" must possess the first-class postgraduate education. In view of the current situation of postgraduate students and the opportunity of "two-class" construction in our university, the ways of postgraduate training are researched, including the progressive training in stages, insisting on the organizing meetings, construction of large-scale instrument skill training platform, construction of master’s supervisor group guidance mode, adhering to academic norms and implementing the duty of moral education, establishing the first concept of laboratory safety. Basing on above study, the quality of postgraduate cultivation is improved, and it is in favor of building "double first-class" university.更多还原
