【Abstract】 Based on the needs of talents in ethnic areas, the reform of talent training teaching is carried out. Taking the communication engineering major of Jishou University in Hunan province as an example, this paper puts forward the training goal of application-oriented innovative talents. After field research, the talent training program is revised and the "3+1" talent training mode is put forward with innovation and entrepreneurship training as the main line. After a series of teaching reform exploration and practice, remarkable achievements have been made in talent training.更多还原
