【摘要】 本文提出一套内涵式STRA复试体系用于完善研究生复试机制。基于原有的结构化面试方法,就研究生入学考试复试体系提出更加科学有效的解决办法,针对存在的问题提出相应的改进策略,完善研究生入学考试复试制度。经过实践表明,该复试体系对于研究生录取工作中的全面考察学生能力和保障公平公正性,达到了师生双方都满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposes a connotative STRA reexamination system to improve the postgraduate retest mechanism.Based on the structured interview method,a more scientific and effective solution is proposed for the graduate entrance examination.The corresponding improvement strategies are proposed to improve the postgraduate entrance reexamination system.Practice indicates,the reexamination system can comprehensively test the students’ ability and ensure fairness and impartiality in the postgraduate entrance,which has achieved satisfactory results for both teachers and students.更多还原
