【摘要】 齐齐哈尔大学高分子材料与工程专业从1997年至今一直是黑龙江省重点专业,2011年批准为黑龙江省综合改革试点专业,2014年开设了英才班,现已有一届毕业生。专业从人才培养目标、人才培养方案和人才培养模式方面进行了积极的探索和实践,本文就实施四年的拔尖创新人才培养情况进行了总结,并对存在的问题进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The major in polymer materials and engineering of qiqihar university has been a key professional of heilongjiang province since 1997.In 2011 polymer materials and engineering major was selected in talents education comprehensive reform pilot program andset up innovation class in 2014. There has been a class of graduates in this major. The cultivation plan of their major goal of talent training, and personnel training scheme and mode has carried on the positive exploration and practice.In this paper, the implementation of four years of top creative talents cultivation conditions are summarized, and the existing problems are analyzed.更多还原
