【摘要】 旅游管理是一个及理论性与实践性为一体的专业,其专业性非常强。而实践教学是实现理论实践融合、培养学生操作能力的良好平台,是实现旅游专业化教育的最终归宿。本文基于旅游管理专业实践性强这一性质,在全面系统的分析旅游管理专业教师实践教学情况,找出了我国高校旅游管理专业实践性科研教学环节存在的问题及其成因,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策及意见,从旅游管理专业实践教学与科研工作结合的必要性、组件问题分析、实践科研构建模型以及具体的实际保障措施进行初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism management is a professional, theoretical and practical, which is very professional. Practical teaching is a good platform to realize the integration of theoretical practice and cultivate students’ operational ability. It is the final destination of education for tourism specialization. This article is based on the practical professional tourism management properties, on the systemic analysis of tourism management professional teachers’ practical teaching situation, find out the tourism management practical scientific research in colleges and universities teaching existing problems and their causes, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems and opinions, from the work of teaching and research of tourism management professional practice the necessity, the component problem analysis and build the model for practice and scientific research as well as the paper discusses some concrete measures for guaranteeing the actual.更多还原
