依托FSC竞赛的车辆专业人才工程实践能力培养

【摘要】 围绕当前高校车辆专业人才培养过程中课堂教学与工程实践脱节的难题,依托大学生方程式汽车大赛的创新平台,针对本科教育过程中,不同阶段学生的特点和能力,创建分阶段的工程实践教学模式,提出以"开放式、研究性"为主要特色的实验教学方法,打造多学科学生参与的复合能力培养平台,探索一体化联动式校企合作长效机制,在激发学生学习兴趣、培养学生工程实践能力、全面提升学生科研素质等方面取得显著效果。

【Abstract】 Based on the current disconnection between classroom teaching and engineering practice in the process of vehicle professionals training in colleges and universities, the innovative platform as Formula Student China is introduced into undergraduate education. A phased engineering practice teaching model was set up for the students in different stages of undergraduate education, and an experimental teaching method with the main characteristics of openness and research was proposed to create a multi-disciplinary cultivation platform for students to enhance their multifaceted potential. The integrated linkage of a long-term mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation was also explored for undergraduate students, to stimulate learning interest, cultivate engineering practical ability, and to improve scientific research competence.
