【摘要】 目的了解医学生的课外阅读情况,引起学校对医学生的课外阅读重视和加强指导工作,提高医学生人文素养,培养精医术,懂人文的现代医务工作者,促进医患关系的和谐发展。方法以分层抽样的方法对医学院校本科临床、口腔、影像、护理、药学五个专业3个年级的900名在校医学生,以自编式课外阅读调查问卷展开调查。结果医学生课外阅读最受欢迎的书籍是休闲娱乐类、文学类,其次为科普类、医学专业类;每天课外阅读1-2h的医学生较普片,同时还有35.8%的学生每天阅读<1h;年阅读课外书1-3本书居多,其次为>6本;医学生课外阅读获取图书的主要途径为网上下载,其次为书店购买,图书馆借阅排列第三,而同学借阅最少,只有8.5%;进行课外阅读的主要目的以消遣娱乐为主要、其次为提升自身修养,第三为学习工作需要等;81.3%的医学生都没有制定完善的课外阅读计划,61.5%的医学生不做读书笔记。结论医学生需要提高课外阅读的意识,学校要做好课外阅读引导工作,加强图书馆全面性建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the extracurricular reading of medical students, to attract the attention of medical students to extracurricular reading and to strengthen the guidance work, to improve the humanities quality of medical students, to cultivate sophisticated medical skills, to understand the modern medical workers of humanities, and to promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship. Methods A total of 900 medical students in three grades of clinical, oral, imaging,nursing and pharmacy undergraduate courses in medical colleges and universities were investigated by stratified sampling.Result The most popular books for medical students to read extracurricularly are leisure and entertainment, literature, followed by science and medical majors; medical students who read 1-2 hours of extracurricular readings per day, and 35.8% of students read them every day. 1 h; reading extracurricular books 1-3 books mostly, followed by >6; medical students read the main way to access books online download, followed by bookstore purchase, library borrowing ranked third, and students borrow the least,only 8.5%; the main purpose of extracurricular reading is entertainment, mainly followed by self-cultivation, and third, learning needs; 81.3% of medical students have no perfect extracurricular reading plan, and 61.5% of medical students do not reading notes. Conclusion Medical students need to improve their awareness of extracurricular reading. Schools should do a good job in reading and guiding extracurricular activities and strengthen the comprehensive construction of libraries.更多还原
