【摘要】 目的通过文献样本分析腰椎间盘突出重吸收的主要影响因素。方法基于内容分析法,以中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库为数据检索平台,进行数据资源分析。结果影响因素主要为20种,包括周期类型因素、炎性反应因素、生长因子因素、信号通路因素与其他影响因素5大类。结论临床应将腰椎间盘突出症患者的机体治疗与心理治疗并重,进一步探索未知影响因素及各因素组合影响的宽度与深度,提出有效促进重吸收的针对性药物及靶向性方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the main influencing factors of the reabsorption of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation through literature samples. Methods Based on content analysis,data resources were analyzed by using CNKI,WF,CBM and VIP as data retrieval platforms. Results There were 20 main influencing factors,including cycle type factor,inflammatory response factor,growth factor,signal pathway factor and other influencing factors,a total of 5 categories. Conclusion Muscle therapy and psychotherapy should be paid equal attention,the width and depth of unknown influencing factors and their combination should be further explored,and targeted drugs and targeted schemes that can effectively promote reabsorption should be developed.更多还原
