【Abstract】 Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the need of the times to develop an innovative country and build a powerful human resource. It is an important way for higher education to achieve the goal of talents training. Based on the analysis of the development history of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities, this paper focuses on the theoretical basis for the segmental cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural colleges and universities, and focuses on the construction of a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural colleges and universities.
