固态相变课程图解讲授法的研究
Research of Graphic Teaching of Solid-state Phase Transformation Course
【摘要】 为优化固态相变课程的教学效果,提出一种教学方法—图解讲授方法,并以纯铁的冷却曲线及晶体结构示意图、铁碳二元合金相图(左端)为例解释图解讲授方法。利用冷却曲线将温度条件与纯铁晶体结构、磁性联系在一起;从点、线、区(面)3个方面对铁碳二元合金相图(左端)的形成进行分析,用数学(几何)的语言(图解形式)描述材料科学中的固态相变的规律,能够为学生提供诸多方便的同时,建立相关的学科之间的联系,为固态相变课程的教学提供一种图解讲授法,便于师生交流与沟通。
【Abstract】 In order to optimize the teaching effect of the solid phase transformation course, a graphical teaching method is proposed, which illustrates the schematic diagram of cooling curve and crystal structure of pure ironand the phase diagram of the iron-carbon binary alloy(left end) as examples. Using cooling curves to connect the temperature conditions withthe crystal structure and magnetism of pure iron;Analyzing the formation of the iron-carbon binary alloy phase diagram(left end) from three aspects: point, line and area(face) anddescribing the principles of solid phase transformation in materials science in mathematical(geometric) language(schematic diagram) can facilitate students to understand knowledge, establish the connections between relevant disciplines and provide a graphic teaching method for the solid phase transformation course, which is convenient for teachers and students to communicate.
