基于云存储的机械制造工艺课程设计——移动AR教学软件及其应用
The Development and Application of Mobile AR Teaching Software for the Curriculum Design of the Mechanical Manufacturing Process by Cloud Storage Technology
【摘要】 云存储是一种新兴的网络存储技术,是信息化建设的基础要素。增强现实(AR)技术是一种全新的人机交互技术。为更好地将信息技术应用到教学实践中,提升学生对机械制造工艺课程设计的兴趣,提高教学效果和教学质量,将AR技术引入课程实践教学中,基于云存储技术利用Unity3D软件开发了一款适用于主流移动终端的教学软件,实现了多种零件及其夹具的虚拟展示,软件采用了云存储技术,提高运行速度,降低内存占用。学生通过扫描图纸和触摸屏幕操作软件,获得零件或夹具的立体虚拟模型、相关参考信息和夹具动画。该软件的应用实现了课程实践环节的浸入式教学模式,在课程教学的课前预习准备、课堂加深理解、课后及时巩固3个方面起到辅助作用。
【Abstract】 Cloud storage is an emerging network storage technology, which is the basic element of information construction.Augmented Reality(AR) is a new type of human-computer interaction technology. Tobetter apply information technology to teaching practice, to increase students’ interest in "Mechanical Manufacturing Process Course Design", and to improve teaching effectiveness and teaching quality, we introduce AR to teachingpractice. Based on cloud storage, we developa teaching software which can be applied to mainstream mobile terminal by the usage of Unity3 D. With the software, students can acquire 3D virtual models of parts or fixtures, related reference information and fixture animationby scanning drawings and touching screen. The application of cloud storage realizes an immersion teaching method, which helps students to preview before the class, to deepen their understanding during the class, and to review after the class.
