应用型人才培养模式下化工专业实践教学改革探索

【摘要】 实践教学是地方院校培养应用型人才的重要环节。从优化人才培养方案、实践教学体系,建立以学生为主体的实验室开放共享平台,建立毕业论文全过程检查监控体系,强化校企"产学研"合作深度,建立健全实践教学管理制度等5个方面探索应用型人才培养模式下的吉首大学化工专业实践教学改革。通过实践教学改革,培养了学生的实践动手能力和创新能力,提高了实践教学质量,取得了良好的效果,为应用型人才的培养提供了有力的保障。

【Abstract】 The practice teaching is an important part in cultivating the applicable talented person of local colleges and universities. The practice teaching reform of chemical engineering specialty of Jishou University under the mode of cultivation of applied talents is carried out from the following five aspects: optimizing talent training programs and practical teaching system, establishing a students-centered open and shared laboratory platform, building the control and monitor system about the quality of graduation thesis, strengthening the ProductionStudy-Research cooperation between school and enterprise, establishing and improving the practical teaching management system. Through the practical teaching reform, the students’ practical and creative ability are cultivated, and the practice teaching quality are improved, which provide a powerful guarantee for training applied talents.
