【Abstract】 Combining with the background of professional construction and the foundation of discipline construction, the cultivation of excellent engineers in electrical engineering and automation was explored in the paper. According to the "Excellent Engineers Plan", the professional training objectives and the training of professional engineering abilities were determined in our school.
