【Abstract】 In order to improve the practice and training level of university students in innovation and entrepreneurship, the idea of constructing a service platform for innovation and entrepreneurship of university students is put forward based on industry-universityresearch collaboration. After placing the resource service pool, the various industry-university-research resources which are optimized and integrated are centrally managed and matched by service platforms, and they provide high ef?ciency and high quality service for innovation and entrepreneurship team. The construction principle of the platform is expounded, and its work model is developed. The service ?ow and operation principles of the platform are designed.
