【Abstract】 It is necessary to implement the reform on teaching method in the excellent plan due to the training objectives and plan of talent cultivation and de?ciencies of traditional teaching mode. Under the background of promoting the implementation of excellent plan 2.0 by the Ministry of education, teachers should take the students’ learning effect as the guidance, comply with the pluralistic development of teaching objectives, combine the law of education through engineering practice, and innovate effectively to promote the teaching mode of excellent engineers training.
