【摘要】 近年来,以绩效为核心的高校管理模式逐步兴起,引起学界与高校的广泛关注。为厘清高校绩效管理研究现状与知识脉络,以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2006—2017收录的749篇关于高校绩效管理的文献为研究对象,综合运用Cite space、SATI等文献可视化方法,通过对关键词以及突变特征词进行可视化分析发现:目前我国高校绩效管理研究主要围绕绩效管理基础理论、教师绩效管理、绩效管理方法与指标、高校二级组织绩效管理以及高校预算绩效管理等五个研究领域展开,但主要以定性研究为主,且研究方法较为单一;在研究趋势上主要集中于高校绩效管理中的"专项资金""预算管理""绩效预算"等三个新兴维度。未来,我国高校绩效管理研究主题应呈多元化发展,在研究方法上需注重多学科交叉运用,加快形成具有中国特色的高校绩效管理体系,最终实现教育振兴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, performance as the core of the rise of the university management model, academic and university wide attention. In order to clarify the research status and knowledge context of performance management in colleges and universities, 749 literatures on performance management in colleges and universities included in CNKI database from 2006 to 2017 were taken as the research object. The visualization methods of Cite space, SATI and other literatures were used to analyze keywords and mutation feature words through visualization.At present, the research on college performance management in China mainly focuses on five research areas,including basic theory of performance management, teacher performance management, performance management methods and indicators, second-level organizational performance management of colleges and universities, and budget performance management of colleges and universities. The research trend mainly focuses on three emerging dimensions of "special fund", "budget management" and "performance budget" in university performance management. In the future, the research subject of performance management in Chinese universities should be diversified, and the research method should focus on the cross-application of multiple disciplines, so as to accelerate the formation of the performance management system with Chinese characteristics, and finally achieve education revitalization.更多还原
