【摘要】 【目的】调研分析护理类期刊读者的需求倾向,以期更好地满足读者需求,调整办刊策略,提升办刊水平,发挥护理类期刊的服务功能。【方法】2019年1—3月,通过问卷星发放问卷,分别调研读者对护理类期刊的各项需求,问卷涉及护理类期刊读者的学习动机、培训需求、对期刊的内容需求、获取形式需求等方面。【结果】护理类期刊读者尤其是临床护理工作者的学习动机主要集中于职业素养提升以及从业资质获得等,对护理类知识产品与服务需求空间较大。【结论】为适应媒体融合背景下的期刊发展形势,结合护理类期刊读者需求特点,护理类期刊应积极探索"内容+、产品+、服务+"的运营及发展模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes] This paper investigates and analyzes the demand tendency of readers of nursing journals,in order to meet the needs of readers,adjust the strategy of journal operation,improve the level of journal operation,and bring into play the service functions of nursing journals. [Methods]From January to March 2019,questionnaires were distributed to the readers to investigate the readers’ needs for nursing journals. The questionnaire involved the learning motivation,training needs,content requirements of journals,and access requirements of nursing journals. [Findings] Readers of nursing journals,especially clinical nursing workers,whose learning motivation is based on professional quality improvement and qualifications,have a large demand for nursing knowledge products and services.[Conclusions] In order to adapt to the development of journals under the background of media convergence,combined with the characteristics of readers of nursing journals,nursing journals should actively explore " content +,product +,and service +" operation and development model.更多还原
