【摘要】 【目的】分析科研院所主办科技期刊的特点、存在的问题,并提出应对措施,为提高我国科技期刊质量提供参考。【方法】探讨科研院所与科技期刊的关系,通过查阅文献与期刊官方网站等途径调研代表性期刊的办刊状况,获取相应数据,并与高校、学/协会办刊进行对比,在分析科研院所办刊存在问题的基础上,提出相应策略。【结果】科研院所办刊应结合机构业务特色精准定位、借助科研机构的学科优势深耕期刊内容、建立符合科研机构特点的编辑队伍建设与激励机制,推动办刊资源整合。【结论】科研院所主办的科技期刊应正视自身存在的问题,实现平稳健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes] The paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of scientific journals sponsored by scientific research institutes,and put forward development strategies to provide references for improving the quality of Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] We discussed the relationship between scientific research institutes and scientific journals,investigated the operation situation of representative journals by reviewing literatures and the official websites of journals to obtain the corresponding data,and compared them with the journals sponsored by universities and academic societies. On the basis of the problems,we put forward the corresponding development strategies. [Findings] The journals should have accurate position combined with the characteristics of the scientific research institutes,deepen the content of the journals with the advantage of the scientific research institutes,establish an editorial team construction and incentive mechanism in line with the characteristics of scientific research institutes,and promote the integration of publication resources. [Conclusions] Scientific journals sponsored by scientific research institutes should face up existing problems and achieve stable and healthy development.更多还原
