【摘要】 目的探究经脐单孔腹腔镜技术(TU-LESS)治疗妇科良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法天津市第四中心医院2018年6月—2019年2月经脐单孔腹腔镜下完成妇科良性肿瘤手术127例为资料,其中输卵管妊娠破裂14例,输卵管妊娠未破裂11例,卵巢黄体囊肿破裂8例,卵巢囊肿附件切除术21例,卵巢囊肿剥除术28例,子宫肌瘤剔除术9例,全子宫切除术36例。结果 127例TU-LESS均顺利完成,无一例外加穿刺孔或中转开腹,无术中副损伤和并发症。术后患者疼痛感轻微,满意度高。术后病理均为良性病变,与术前诊断相符。127例均随访1～3个月,脐部切口无感染、无延迟愈合,无腹腔内出血、脐疝等术后并发症。结论 TU-LESS治疗妇科良性肿瘤安全、可靠、微创、疼痛轻、术后无切口痕迹,美容优点突出,临床效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(TU-LESS) on the gynecological benign tumors. Methods From June 2018 to February 2019, 127 cases of benign gynecologic tumors in Tianjin fourth central hospital were successfully operated using TU-LESS, including 14 cases of ruptured fallopian tube pregnancy, 11 cases of unruptured fallopian tube pregnancy, 8 cases of ruptured corpus luteal cysts, 21 cases of adnexal excision of ovarian cyst, 28 cases of ovarian cyst excision, 9 cases of myomectomy, 36 cases of total hysterectomy. Results All the 127 cases of TU-LESS were successfully completed without any additional pore-site, conversion to open surgery, injuries or complications. The patient had mild painful feeling and higher satisfaction after TU-LESS. Postoperative pathology was totally benign, which was consistent with preoperative diagnosis. 127 cases were all followed-up for 1～3 months and no case of umbilical incisional infection, delayed unions, intraperitoneal bleeding, umbilical hernia and other postoperative complications happened. Conclusion TU-LESS for the treatment of gynecological benign tumors is safe, reliable, minimally invasive, less painful, no incision marks after surgery and beautiful. The clinical effects of TU-LESS is desirable.更多还原
