【摘要】 目的探究精细化管理在病案室病案管理中的应用效果。方法针对病案管理中常见问题进行分析原因,分别选取医院2016年1—12月接诊的5 330例患者资料作为对照组,对其病案资料进行常规管理,选取2017年1—12月接诊的5 141例患者资料作为观察组,对其病案资料进行精细化管理。对比观察两组不同病案管理方式下病案缺失率、病例破损率、医患纠纷发生率以及患者满意度情况。结果观察组病案缺失率、病例破损率、医患纠纷发生率分别为0.02%、0.04%、0.00,均低于对照组0.13%、0.21%、0.09%,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总满意率(93.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论精细化管理在病案室病案管理中的应用不仅有效提高病案管理的工作质量,而且提高了患者满意度,有效降低医患纠纷发生率,有助于构建和谐的医患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous management in medical record management of medical records room. Methods According to the analysis of common problems in medical record management, the data of 5 330 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group and the medical records were routinely managed. The data of 5 141 patients who were admitted from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group and the medical records were meticulous managed. The case deletion rate, case breakage rate, doctor-patient dispute rate and patient satisfaction under different management styles of the two groups were compared. Results The case deletion rate, case breakage rate, doctorpatient dispute rate in the observation group were 0.02%, 0.04%, and 0.00, respectively, which were significantly lower than the control group of 0.13%, 0.21%, and 0.09%. There was significant difference between the groups(P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher(93.00%) than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of meticulous management in the medical record management of medical records room not only effectively improves the quality of medical records management, but also greatly improves patients’ satisfaction, effectively reduces the incidence of medical disputes, and helps to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.更多还原
