【Abstract】 The construction of "double first class" puts forward new goals and requirements for the work of efficient scientific research secretaries.This paper summarizes the six most important ideological consciousness of scientific research secretary work under the background of "double first-class" construction,including responsibility consciousness,service consciousness,innovation consciousness,confidentiality consciousness,teamwork consciousness and continuous learning consciousness,which is not only ideological consciousness,but also work requirement.Only by accurately positioning his own work and trying to improve his ideological consciousness,can the scientific research secretary better serve the scientific research personnel and complete all kinds of scientific research work.更多还原
