【Abstract】 The level and quality of talent training is an important symbol to measure the level of running a university.Taking running a university to people’s satisfaction as the priority,Harbin Engineering University regards moral education as its basic task and closely centres on the demand for high-quality talents in the fields of its characteristic education.By focusing on undergraduates’ development,HEU has explored a distinctive way of running a practical elite education under the guidance of systematic thinking.With the revision of undergraduate talent training program a breakthrough and a foothold,the school has actively explored and practiced the reform of talent-training mode and has constantly improved its quality of undergraduate cultivation.更多还原
