【摘要】 拥有较高职业素养的工程管理人才是工程项目顺利推进和成功的先决条件。为提升管理者的职业素养,我国于2010年设置了工程管理硕士(MEM)专业学位,但当前工程管理硕士研究生的职业素养培养还存在诸多问题。文章对MEM培养模式现状进行分析,对MEM研究生培养路径进行探索,提出教学方法改革、落实案例教学、建立实践平台等改革措施,以期为提升工程管理硕士的职业素养提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Engineering management talents with high professional quality are prerequisites for the smooth progress and success of Engineering projects.In order to improve the professional quality of managers,China set up the Master of Engineering Management(MEM) professional degree in 2010.However,there are still many problems in the current training of the professional quality of the Master of Engineering Management postgraduates.This paper analyses the current situation of MEM training mode, explores the cultivation path of MEM postgraduates,puts forward some reform measures which include scientific curriculum formulation,implementation of "two tutors" system,establishment of practice platform and implementation of case teaching,in order to provide references for improving the professional quality of engineering management masters.更多还原
