医学生自我学习与成长满意度调查结果分析
Analysis of Medical Students’ Self-learning and Growth Satisfaction
【摘要】 文章通过问卷调查某校医学本科生,了解学生自我学习与成长满意度状态和影响因素,结果表明学习动力强度与学生满意度呈正相关关系,在校教育提高了学生满意度;激发学生内在学习动力很重要。
【Abstract】 Through a questionnaire survey of medical undergraduates in a university,this paper investigates the status and influencing factors of students’ satisfaction with self-learning and growth.It is very important to stimulate students’ intrinsic motivation for learning.
