【Abstract】 In recent years,many normal students lack the motivation for teaching skills.Combined with the author’s experience of guiding teaching skills of normal university students,this paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons for lack of motivation.Furthermore,some effective measures are put forward to mobilizing students’ activity,which effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of students and provide reference for carrying out the practical training of teaching skills of normal university students.更多还原
