【摘要】 本科生科研创新能力的培养已成为高校教学改革的一个热点课题。本文针对目前本科生科研创新能力培养的现状及存在的问题,指出实施本科生科研导师制的必要性。具体分析了本科生科研导师制的特点,探讨了科研导师制下如何培养大学生的创新能力以及促进本科生科研导师制有效实施的关键要素。本科生科研导师制,作为当前适应教学改革的一种有效人才培养模式,目前已经取得显著成效,积极推广本科生科研导师制将培养更多具有较高科研能力和创新能力的高层次人才,成为我国高等教育与国际接轨的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of scientific research innovative ability of undergraduates has become a hot topic in the teaching reform in Colleges and Universities.In this paper,the necessity of the implementation of undergraduate scientific research tutorial system is pointed out based on the current status and the problems of the cultivation of undergraduates’ scientific research innovation ability.The characteristics of undergraduate scientific research tutorial system are analyzed in detail,and how to cultivate undergraduates’ innovative consciousness,innovative thinking and ability is also discussed.Furthermore,the key elements to promote the effective implementation of undergraduate scientific research tutorial system are explored.As an effective personnel training mode for the current teaching reform undergraduate scientific research tutorial system has achieved remarkable results.With active promoting the undergraduate scientific research tutorial system more and more higher level talents with high scientific research ability and innovation ability will be cultivated.It will become an effective way of Chinese higher education with the international standards.更多还原
