【摘要】 专业学位研究生已经成为研究生培养的主要模式,而地方高校专业学位研究生招生规模小、数量少,如何提高专业学位研究生的培养质量成为亟待解决的问题。本文以大连交通大学软件学院为例,从培养方案制定、校企培养基地建设、项目切入、联合实验室建设、竞赛等多个角度,阐述校企联合培养的工作思路和多种做法,实现了"服务于地方经济、服务于轨道交通行业"的人才培养目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional degree graduate students have become the main mode of postgraduate training,and the enrollment of professional degree graduates in local universities is small and small.How to improve the quality of professional degree graduates has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the School of Software of Dalian Jiaotong University as an example,this paper takes the work ideas and various practices adopted by the school-enterprise joint training from the perspectives of training plan formulation,school-enterprise training base construction,project cut-in,joint laboratory construction and competition.The goal of "cultivating local economy and serving the rail transit industry" is the talent training goal.更多还原
