【Abstract】 This paper describes new ideas of the personnel training for materials science and engineering at Chang’an University under the background of "the belt and road".The path of cultivating talents is explored from four aspects.The four aspects are international capability,international engineering practices,innovation capability,and cooperation in personnel training.It shows innovation capability and international engineering practices are the leading role for cultivating talents.The quality of personnel training of materials is improved.更多还原
