【摘要】 发展规划作为高校的未来远景计划,对高校在未来几年所要达到的主要目标、实现目标的主要途径等方面所做的安排,对学校未来发展有着指向性的作用。规划文本作为规划的具体表现形式是高校规划发展目标的具体化。通过对规划文本的分析,借助文本挖掘和显示工具揭示33所一流大学建设高校"十三五"发展规划中存在的普适性规律,并提出对高校发展规划编制的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the future vision plan of colleges and universities,the development plan has a directional effect on the future development of colleges and universities in the arrangement of the main goals to be achieved and the main ways to achieve the goals in the next few years.As a concrete manifestation of planning,the planning text is the embodiment of the development goal of university planning.Through the analysis of the planning text,this paper reveals and summarizes the universal laws existing in the "13 th five-year plan" of 33 first-class universities with the aid of text mining and display tools,and puts forward some enlightenment to the compilation of the development plan of universities.更多还原
