【摘要】 创新型人才培养是新形势下国家对高校育人工作的新要求,产学合作协同育人是提升学生创新实践能力、满足企业用人需求的一种有效途径。本文结合近年来长安大学自动化专业的教学改革经验,提出一种以项目为导向的自动化专业产学合作协同育人培养模式。围绕学生创新实践能力提升这一核心议题,采用项目导向方式,在培养方案修订、课程体系创新、实践教学模式、创新项目训练和师资队伍建设等方面进行深度改革,取得了一系列成果,并就实施过程中仍存在的问题提出了针对性的改进措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,innovative talents training becomes the new requirement for universities,where industry-academy cooperative education is an effective way in enhancing the undergraduates’ creativity and satisfying the employment needs of enterprises. In this paper,a project guided industry-academy cooperative education training mode for automation specialty is proposed by summarizing the teaching reform experience of automation specialty of Chang’an University in the past few years. Concentrating on improving the innovative capability of undergraduates,a series of reforms,including training scheme amendment,curriculum system innovation,practical teaching mode,innovative program training and teaching staff construction,have been implemented via a project-guided method. Some improvement approaches are also addressed for the existing problems.更多还原
