【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of the geological discipline,in the strategy of national innovation development,the geological discipline of Hefei University of Technology has taken some exploration of talent cultivation mode.This paper respectively from the update to break the traditional education ideas,building independent innovative education management mode,strengthening the production,teaching and personnel training and the enterprise benefit and win-win,increasing international exchange and internationalization,studying the introduction of international advanced technology and so on four aspects discusses the geological disciplines of Hefei University of Technology in collaborative innovation mechanism under geological exploration of cultivating innovative talents.更多还原
