【Abstract】 The talent training mode of the accounting studio is to emphasize the students’ participatory learning,transform the existing classroom teaching system into the studio teaching system,establish the working environment that meets the actual work scene in the accounting profession,and take the studio as the practical training place to cooperate with the professional teaching. The center and focus are on improving the students’ professional quality,realizing the skills training of multiple posts,and finally achieving the purpose of satisfying the students’ satisfaction of employment and the satisfaction of the employers.
